É um trabalho autoral, que tem como foco musical uma estrutura simples, letras densas e
autobiográficas.
O nome saiu de uma música da banda Circa Survive: "The Difference between medicine and poison is the dose" e tem muito haver com o que as experiências destes últimos anos significaram para mim.
Inspiração: folk, punk rock e música independente.
